Site Staff R-CI's site staff consists of three full time job superintendents and a punchlist coordinator who oversee all aspects of the construction process. The superintendents order materials, schedule and supervise sub-contractors, and monitor your home's construction progress to insure our quality standards are met. As your home nears completion our punchlist coordinator quickly repairs and resolves any problems noted by the superintendents. Administrative Staff Working closely with our site staff, this division is responsible for customer service, permitting, and all other administrative tasks associated with building your home from initial contract to closing. They will assist you with selecting interior and exterior optional features and act as your primary liaison with your job superintendent. Accounting and Development Staff Our site and administrative staff are supported by R-CI's in-house
accounting and development divisions. Together we work as a team to make your home
building experience a smooth, rewarding experience. |
