Todd Rogers roots in home building run deep. His father and grandfather were both well known home builders in the Richmond area before him.

A Benedictine High School graduate, Todd went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Business/Economics at Randolph Macon College. Taking over his father's building business in 1989, he owned and operated Concept LifeStyles with his uncle.

In 1994, Todd partnered with Mike and Bonnie Chenault as an owner of Hometown Realty, now Richmond's largest locally owned and best regarded Realty firm. This relationship led to a real estate development venture with Mike, Rogers - Chenault Inc., and later to the formation of R-CI Builders in 1999.

An avid sports fan, Todd coached Hanover's Blue Star Little League Football for many years and now serves as a volunteer coach for the Hanover High School Hawks varsity football team. He lives in Hanover with his wife and three children..

Mike Chenault also grew up with a home building background. His father Melvin was a Richmond area builder.

A Lee Davis High School alumni, Mike later attended Hampden-Sydney College graduating in 1988 with a degree in Management Economics. After a brief stint with a local realty company, he and his mother Bonnie opened Hometown Realty in 1989.

Beginning with a single office and 6 agents, Hometown Realty now numbers 350 real estate professionals in 9 offices and has been named to The Richmond Times Dispatch's annual Rising 25 list four times.

A life-long outdoorsman, Mike enjoys hunting and fishing. He resides in Hanover with his wife and three daughters.
